RETURNS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unless there is a manufacturing fault, any bespoke or cutomised work cannot be returned.
Returns and refunds must be returned within 7 working days from reciept, you will recieve a full refund providing goods are returened in a re-saleable condition. On sale items can not be returned.  It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible. Please send items to: IVORYMINT LTD, 525 RAVENSWOOD, WATKISS WAY, CARDIFF. CF11 0SD. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ivorymint.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ivorymint.com.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

All of our personalised products are individually made to order. Therefore not every item will be identical and there may be some slight variations in colour, print and texture. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the unlikely event of being unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have provided the correct information for personalised products at the point of purchase. Every personalised product is designed and printed exactly as ordered and we take no responsibility for printing incorrect spellings or grammatical errors made by the customer at the point of ordering. We do not accept any changes to the content of the design once the order has been placed. Due to the high demand for personalised cards, we do not send a design proof unless requested. As each personalised product is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless damaged. PRICING
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. The price stated per item includes the printed card and envelope sealed in a biodegradable cello bag. Prices are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders which have already been confirmed.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
To secure your order, payment in full will be required before we dispatch your order. A confirmation email is sent to you after the placing of an order and after dispatch. Personalised products are non-cancellable after 24 hours of ordering and non-refundable unless faulty. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. Please note that the billing address is the address where your credit/debit card is registered, and not necessarily the delivery address. Payments are processed through PayPal and there is an option to pay by debit/credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Please ensure you provide a current email address so that we can contact you immediately if necessary.

All card designs, website designs, text graphics, underlying source code and any other material designed for use by IVORYMINT are covered by copyright and remain the property of IVORYMINT and may not be copied under any circumstance. All rights reserved. Any use of materials on this website including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or re-publication, without the prior written permission of IVORYMINT is strictly prohibited. Any person or persons found in breach of copyright will be dealt with according to current UK law.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the dispatch date with your receipt, providing the goods are not damaged and non-personalised, and you will receive a full refund. Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
