Real Weddings – Nia & Valentine

cornish wedding

We absolutely love working with our clients and hate to say goodbye when all the work’s been signed off. ‘Real Weddings’ is a way for us to celebrate with them plus we just love seeing your beautiful photos. So if you’ve used IvoryMint for your wedding stationery and would like a feature on the blog please get in touch – we always love to hear from past clients!

Welcome to the new Mr and Mrs Douglas

On Friday 17th July this year Nia Horne and Valentine Douglas said their vows in front of friends and family in the beautiful St Ives, Cornwall.

Nia and Valentine first found IvoryMint wedding stationery when looking for their Save the Date cards, they were so happy with these that they approached us with a bespoke wedding invitation request. We love taking on bespoke orders as it enables us to be truly creative and have a lot of fun with it.

Nia sent us the colours of the bridemaid dresses as a starting point. What a gorgeous colour (and what a pretty flower girl)!

After a bit of toing and froing we eventually got to a design we were all happy with. Dusky pinks, subtle 50’s style patterns and a modern monogram made this wedding stationery suite truly unique. We were really pleased with the end result – what do you think?

We worked with the couple on all aspects of their wedding stationery, from save the dates all the way through to order of service, table plans and menus.
Here are some photos taken from the day.

Nia and Valentine are such a lovely couple and we felt honoured to be a small part of their wedding day. They were a delight to work with and had some great ideas to add to the design process. Don’t they look so happy in these photos! What a gorgeous wedding couple!
